M2M is an immensely growing market in many fields of interest such as mobility, healthcare, energy, security or consumer electronics. It stands for the automatic data transfer between technical devices of all kinds, e.g. vehicles, containers, alarm systems or power meters. Through the networking these machines via the mobile phone network, individual modules and complete systems can communicate worldwide and be monitored and maintained. If you are working on a new M2M solution you can submit it now for the M2M Challenge innovation competition – and sponsors and partners will be there to answer questions and give feedback on developments.
